each year my school has a teacher bake/buy auction to help us buy supplies that we need for our classrooms.
You can either bake or make something to take, it can be sewing, food , a craft, or pretty much anything. One year they actioned off a lab puppy.
This year since I am going to DW right before the auction I thought I'd bring something from the world.
I was thinking a child's cookbook maybe with some autographs and some kids cooking stuff in a basket.
What do you think and what are some more ideas. I don't have a boatload of money to spend, but yet I need something that will generate money.

I think this is a great idea - maybe you could get chefs from around the "world" to sign recipes in the book...

You could add mickey pasta and mickey pretzels. That would be cute. Or little Mickey kitchen spoons. These could be found downtown disney. And add all this to the basket with the cookbook. I would buy it!

You could also consider some of the cute pet things at Disney. Like the chew tire in the mickey shape.

Good ideas. Is there a cooking store on site or do I need to go to DTD?

There is a cooking/home store at DTD that is really great, but you can find most of the same items at different stores in the theme parks and resorts. You could also go to Goofy's Candy Company at DTD and get some great little novelty Disney candies to add in. They have really cute stuff!

To add to the idea above about getting chefs to sign the cookbook, you could also get some character signatures that say things like, "Happy Cooking from Mickey Mouse," etc.
