Hi everyone,

Ok, so I have NO idea how to do any of this!! :confused3 And, yes, I am :scared1: scared to try!!!

Do any of you have a site I can go to and just "order" the transfer? I can iron it on...that part I am ok with :)....its the uploading, printing in the right direction part, etc...that gets me!!

We are headed to WDW on my daughters Make a Wish trip and my goal is to have us in some pretty cool matching shirts on most of the days!!

I am even going to attempt making the Tie-Dye Mickey shirts...no, that doesn't scare me...but ordering all of these transfer sheets and them all coming out backwards would make me crazy!!!

So, if any of you can point me in the right direction, I (as well as my children) would be forever grateful!!! :lmao:

It is illegal to profit from the sale of disney items which is why all of the DISigners do all of this work for free. I'm not saying that there aren't people out there that do sell Disney transfers on ebay and Itsy...but you won't find the dedicated DISigners on this board selling Disney transfers on them. So I'm afraid that you will have to download and print them yourself.

Here are some suggestions.

1. Go ahead and buy Amy's tranfer paper at www.amymickey.com. It is a little bit more expensive but worth the extra money if you want to be able to wash and wear your t-shirts more that once. I have tried Avery, HP and several generic brands and haven't found a better transfer paper yet. She has great instructions that come with her transfer paper and you don't have to worry about reversing the image or the image coming out backwards. It is a dark transfer paper and will work on any colored t-shirt...white, black, blue, etc.

2. When you download images DO NOT save the thumbnail image! If you are getting the image from a photobucket account...here is how to save the image:

• The first image that you see is the thumbnail image and you will have to click on that image to open up a second larger version.
• The second image is still not large enough. If you waive your mouse over the image...some gray buttons will appear at the top of the picture. Click on the button on the far left that says something like "full size" or "high resolution".
• Then the image should open up for a third time. This image is the highest resolution image and is the one that you will want to save to your "pictures".

If you are getting the image from a 4shared account. Click on the image. Then a new screen will popup. Click on the "download" button on that screen and a new screen will popup. Once that screen downloads that is the image you will want to save to your "pictures".

I personally save everything as a jpeg with my pictures in a "disney" file. Then I insert them into word so that I can play around with them and see what they will look like on an 8.5x11 sheet of paper.

3. If you are feeling adventurous and have MS Word and find some blank DISigns...you can actually personalize them yourself! It is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it! Here is a link that teaches you everything you will need to know to do some of what the pros do on this board:

There are plenty of DISigners that would be happy to personalize their things for you but a great place to start if you want some blank DISigns is Natalie's files...take some time and look around:

Hope this helps a little!

Oh Dolly!!!! Thank you so much for this information!!! You are great!!

I hope I didn't offend anyone by asking if I could "buy" them!! It wasn't my intention at all. I am just not good at this sort of thing and need a little hand holding, which is exactly what you have given me! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate it!!!

Guess what I am off to buy?? Is there a "Hi, My name is Shannon, and I'm a disaholic" group on here?

Thank you!!!!
