Help for a newbie...

Hi there - first off, these designs are fabulous! I can't believe the talent, time and energy that you folks put into all of this - wow!


I am just wondering what the etiquette is for personalizing someone else's designs if they are not taking requests at the present time. I just love one of Wendy Pooh's pirate heads but I see that she is taking a much needed break. Does anyone here know if she has anyone personalizing what she already has designed? Hope that's not a "no-no" question - just wondering...

In the meantime thanks so much for all that you guys give...pretty darn magical I must say!

Im new too and read somewhere that you can go to their 4share or photobuck pages and borrow their designs..alot of them have blank ones so you can personalize it yourself .. hope that helps.. but again im a newbie too so im sure other people will have alot more info for you

I can't speak for everybody, but since she is just on a break, I wouldn't touch it. Personally i would never want anybody altering anything of mine without permission so I assume everybody feels the same way. But on a positive note, you might find somebody that has done a version similar that can help you out or somebody may have a blank version available too.

Many of us do not post blanks in our photobucket--i know i won't post blank pirate stuff due to --Etsy and Ebay issues,I don't think Wendy posts blanks of her pirate Mickey heads but I'm sure there are others that make something similar as Jordak mentioned.

Thank you for the answers - that is pretty much what I figured but I thought I would ask. Appreciate you taking the time to let me know.
I'm off to find some pirate designs for T-shirts for our Pirate Night on the Dream - thanks again!

I have a Pirate folder on Photobucket (and a DCL folder too). Maybe something there will work for you?
