We are at an airport now as our flight is delayed and I will not arrive in Paris until the day we were supposed to be at Disneyland Paris.
We purchased 1 day 2 parks tickets along with Premier Ultimate Passes.
Tried phoning various Disney help lines but seems like everyone is closed as it's late night Saturday in France. And phone numbers are closed on Sunday.
We are supposed to be there Monday but our flight arrives on that day. Disaster of a delay causing a major missed connecting flight.
Any tips on what we might do? Ideally we can shift our tickets and Ultimate Pass to one day later.
I tried sending an email to a refund tickets address but really haven't found any appropriate contact email or phone number that I can use.
