Hi guys. I had planned to book treats and seats for our MK day, but it’s sold out. Celery (6) and I have never stayed for the fireworks. Bed time is 8, she’s awfully little and doesn’t love loud noises, blah blah blah

But! We’re almost 7 on this trip, she sometimes stays up until 9 now, and I would like to try it once.

Celery is small for her age and I don’t want her to get swallowed up in a crowd of folks while we are trying to relax. Should we:
fight our way to the MS Train station? The e benefit I see with this is we are far enough away it won’t be super loud, and we can see some of the projections, and we can go to the Poly as soon as it is over.

OR

Hang out behind the castle around Gaston’s? Here we won’t see projections but I imagine there is little to no crowd at all. We could ride a few more rides before we go there to watch. It will take forever to get out of MK and back to the resort.

The train station was a hit with my then 3 year old. She didn’t like the loud noises either but the train station let her see almost everything without the super loud noise of being close to the castle. Decent way to see Main St projections. Just make sure you get there early enough for a decent spot. I used to get there two hours early but don’t know how things are now. Being at the back isn’t as much fun.
Behind the castle was fun for me. Felt like random fireworks surrounding you. Way too loud and unpredictable for my LO so we haven’t tried it since.
There’s also two other dessert parties which don’t come with seats, can always see if those become available? Pre and post party where you stand on the grass.

The area near Big Top souvenirs is a good spot for avoiding crowds, if you don't have to see all of the projections. Walls to sit on and usually enough space for the little ones to move around.

You can go up to the train station and watch from there now. The other view would be from the TTC. Behind the castle the fireworks are just like any other and don’t seem that special except they’re all around you (kids might enjoy the spave

here is the TTC view
