Hi to all:wave:

Need your advice please!!

I am a substitute teacher who usually works 5 days a week plus work at the Disney Store part time along with juggling family activities and physical therapy twice a week.

Just changed back to Flex on WW after a frustrating and disastrous 2 weeks on CORE

When I am not working in the evening or running to a school function I will walk for 45 minutes with my neighbor.

Alarm goes off at 5:45am to get ready for the day.

Any suggestions for when I can squeeze exercise in or what kind besides the walking. I do own a treadmill but enjoy outside more. I own Pilates DVD and a Yoga DVD which have not been opened.

So HELP!!!!! Please I need some support and sage advice.

Thanks!!

Have a magical Disney Day!!::MickeyMo

There is no easy answer, you just have to make time. Get up earlier or work out at night. If its something you really want to do then you have to find the time, and make sacrifices.

What are you goals? Its hard to recommend exercises when I'm not sure what your trying to do. :D

Exercise doesn't have to be done all at one time to be effective. If you can walk 10 minutes in the morning, 10 at lunch and 10 in the evening, that still counts as 30 minutes in a day. Some people can squeeze in 10 minutes here and there but don't have a 30 minute lump to do anything. Good luck.

Thanks for the information:D

I am working on a better healthier lifestyle.......plus losing about 45 lbs.

Will keep working at it.

Break out that Pilates DVD! I Love mine. I find that I can squeeze it in either first thing in a.m. or last thing in p.m. It goes quickly. Don't be discouraged if you can't do all of the things at the first try. It does take time, but it is so worth it.

Good luck to you. You are certainly a busy lady!

Break out that Pilates DVD!
ditto!!! I love pilates and yoga -- by any chance do you have a QuickFix one? they are broken into 8 segments - 10 min each - you can mix and match in your preferred order. I find that watching the 10 min countdown timer helps break it up -- and then you can just do 10 mins if that's all you have.

how about your lunch time? Can you get in a 20 min walk during lunch?

you can do this! Set goals for yourself each week - find a buddy that you report to and press forth! having a workout partner, be it actually one present or a WISH buddy that you are accountable too is a great motivator!! don't overwhelm yourself; what are you willing to do next week? 10 mins three days?? don't pressure yourself - but do challenge yourself!
