Help Finding Potty Thread

A little while ago I remember seeing a thread that someone posted regarding their child not going #2 on the potty. Well....here I am having the same issue with my DD and can't find it. Anyone know where it is or have any suggestions? She is a pro at peeing on her little potty, but doesn't seem to want to go #2...not sure how to help her with this.

I don't know about the thread but what worked for my 2 girls was telling them that they had to "feed" the potty because is was hungry. So of course we had this whole story about the potty needing to eat poop when he was hungry. I know, gross huh, but my kids thought it was hysterical and they would "feed" the potty so he didn't starve.

Thank you for your response! I am totally going to try this!! I really hope it works b/c she is doing so well with peeing...we just need to get the poop in there

i hope this link works i never posted a link like this but search under poop in potty and the title of the thread was 3 yr old wont go poopy in the potty (march 2008)

I'm in the same boat as you with my 3yr. old DD. She just tells people that "little girls don't poop". I'm willing to hear ideas.
