Help Finding a Design

I'm looking for the design that says "What Happens in Disney Stays in Disney" and has three mickey ears that are doing the hear no evil, speak no evil, see no evil hand signs. It has a blue background.

I found it at one point but do not remember whose design it was. If anyone knows can you send me the link or the name of the desinger.
