Help figuring out 180 day?

So I had written down from the Disney agent that I could reserve dining as of Nov. 28 for our May 28th arrival. The DME website has the calendar for May block coloured for our time there but the days available to book are only up till May 26th, which leads me to believe I can't book until the 29th of November for my 180+ days. We booked after the window last time so I've never done this before, help please I really want to get my parents the BOG reservation for this large family trip!!
