My husband and I are in the process of buying DVC for The Timeshare Store. We have received some documents from the closing company asking us to 'indicate your desired tennancy'. As we are in the UK, we are unsure whether we should answer community property or joint tennants. Do any of you have any experience of this or any advice?

Call the Timeshare Store, and ask your agent what those terms mean. They will explain it all to you. Here in the US, most of the terms don't make much difference, but it might for overseas buyers.

This would be an issue of the laws in Florida and the UK. You may want to consult an attorney.
