Help enlarging photo......

How do you increase the image size without it becoming blurry? I am using Photostudio. If anyone could help me I would appreciate it.

Are you trying to enlarge clipart or a photo? If it is clipart it needs to be around 300x300 to start with or you can't enlarge it too much without it becoming blurry. Sorry I don't know Photostudio. Hope someone else can answer your question.

It's difficult to nearly impossible to enlarge clip art with out it becoming blurry/blocky. If the original is of decent resolution, as Rumbly said at least 300x300 pixels, you could enlarge it a bit and then use a sharpen filter, probably one in your program somewhere, to make it look better. You may als be able to clean it up a bit by smoothing out some of the rougher areas.

Thanks so much for your info. I do have a question though. So if I find a clipart that is not atleast 300x300 there is no way to make it that without it becoming blurry. I am trying to find just the black Mickey head. This is my first time doing anything like this so please excuse me for sounding stupid. Thanks again.

Here's one for you. Unless it's about 300x300 it will probably blur too much to be usable when enlarged. When you search for images to use try searching for large image sizes first. All the search engines have a place where you can select image size to search for. Hope this helps.
