HELP - Ebay Problem

Hi everyone. I bought last summer from a police auction in my town a set of Victoria's Secret Perfumes and Lotions. There was I think 9 pieces in all. Everything was brand new and in their boxes. I sold them in sets on E-Bay to 4 or 5 different buyers in November. Now, after 2 months I have one guy coming back to me saying that what I sold him was not Victoria's Secret PINK but that I had switched it out with something else and is demanding a full refund. Well, I am furious to say the least because I know that I did no such thing and everyone else I sold to seems to be happy with their products. I wrote him back telling him that I think he is trying to scam me and he wrote me back again saying that he gave this as a gift to his girlfriend for Christmas and she wears this all the time and it smells like suntan lotion. I e-mailed my other buyers just to get verification that their stuff was fine and am waiting to hear back from them. I don't know what else to do - I don't want to just give into him and give him his money back (he had already left a positive feedback a few weeks ago) I have 100% positive feedback on e-bay and this just makes me really mad. Any suggestions anyone?? Thanks.

Tell him to send it back if he is unhappy with it and then you will give him a refund upon receipt of said merchandise.
Sounds like the guy has buyer's remorse or his girlfriend didn't want or like it.

Oh and if he already left positive feedback for this item you don't have to worry about your feedback being tarnished. Seems like a scam to me if he waited this long to tell you about a problem.

Maybe his girlfriend dumped him and now he is stuck with the lotion.

I just got replies back from 2 of the other buyers who I sold the same items too. They said everything was great and perfect and they are very pleased with the items and that they are definitely the right stuff. So, I just sent the guy another e-mail telling him as much and that I will not be refunding his money and if he harasses me anymore I will report him to E-bay. I'm sure that won't be the end of it and that I will have another nasty e-mail from him tomorrow.
