HELP! DL or WDW college program?

Hi all! I'm considering Spring 2013 CP and am a little confused so hopefully i can get some guidance.. First off it seems everyone does the CP at WDW as opposed to DL.. any reason? Is the DL CP not as fun? I'm from SoCal and am a DL girl but have never been to WDW.. obviously i would love to stay here.. but is the experience completely different in FL? Of course i'm not opposed to going to WDW but i'm just confused by this a little.. also, my first choice for working is entertainment, which i know is very hard to be accepted to do! Do they only allow you to work as a character/face performer, or parade dancer/performer/mover in WDW for CP credit? is DL just very limited in general?

The cost of doing the DL Program (At least when you pay your fees) is higher than at WDW. If you are accepted into the DL program, you have to pay around 800 dollars upfront to accept your position, whereas at WDW it is only 300. DL also have less positions available, thus most kids are accepted to WDW instead.

Also, DL requires all CP participants to carry renters insurance. It's still recommended for WDW CPers, but not required there.

I'll be ariving at WDW for the CP on Sept 5th.I never really considered DL because it's so much smaller, and because I've always liked WDW better. I didn't find out about DL being more expensive till after I picked to do WDW.
