Help? Disney's roasted pecan receipe?

Anyone have the receipe. I lost mine and while it is really easy; egg whites, suger bake etc I can not remember it and was wondering if anyone has it?

I don't have the recipe, but what I do remember is that the quality of the pecans were of paramount importance. Perfect execution of the perfect recipe will be of no value if the pecan are cheap or stale.
