Help! Disneyland in January Crowds

Hello everyone!
New to this board and glad I found it cause I need some help. We just booked our trip to Dland for Jan 9th & 10th - THEN I just found out that LA Schools have a later than normal break (don't go back to school til Jan 13). I'm so bummed, I did a bunch of research on the isitpacked and other crowd tracker planning sites and they all said that going after Jan 6th would be a good/non crowded time. Should I try and reschedule for the following week?

It won't make much difference between the two weeks. Crowds tend to be very light at that time do to the amount of ride closures. 2nd week of January to middle of February are high refurbishment times.

Thanks so much, lana772! I guess I'll keep our trip as planned (which works much better for us anyways). Bummed about the HM and TM closures, but I'll take that over a very crowded day!

I wouldn't be concerned about it too much. In fact, we are going in late January due to the fact crowd levels are so low. Have a great trip!
