Help - Disney trip has been moved up 2 months!

Hey everyone! We have just moved up our Disney trip from August to May 28! Yikes - since I am somewhat obsessive when it comes to planning - I NEED HELP with one....a plan that is. I don't really even know where to begin to plan our days and make the most of this trip. My children are 18 mos, 3 1/2 yo, and 13 yo.

We have MYW 5 days with Park Hoppers and Dining. How do I make reservations for Character Dinners/Breakfasts and what does everyone suggest?

Also, where should I look to find out show times, etc and just plan the trip. I could read here for days and it has been a big help!

I am not a vet DISer so I will mostly just bump this for you, but I will advise to make ps's ASAP. I think the MYWD has made the table service meals a HOT item and more people are taking advantage of them.
Are you children boys or girls?
Girls...PSB is now all character meals (B,L, & D) you should have a pretty good chance at getting that.
Boys...We are doing Chef Mickey's at CR
