HELP! Disney Online ate my reservation!

Anybody been to www.disneyworld.com tonight?! Something weird is going on and my reservation is gone from my itinerary all of a sudden, and when I plug in my confirmation number it says no such number exists!! I can't call until MORNING! This is driving me nuts and I leave in 5 days!!
 
I wouldn't worry about it too much....as long as you have the paper confirmation in hand.

I originally booked Pop Century on a pin code rate at $59 per night back in February. Then, in late march, we decided to upgrade to Port Orleans for $79 per night. Well, when you upgrade from one hotel to another...they cancel one reservation number and give you a new one.

When I went online and punched in the new number, my total was the sum of my original Pop Century reservation (around $600+) and the sum of my new reservation (around $800+) for a total of $1400+. Also, everyone on my itenerary was listed twice.

I called CRO several times over the next few days and they told me the old reservation was cancelled and the new reservation was showing at the $800+ total. The website is still in beta and there are still kinks to be worked out.

I e-mailed the technicians of the website to let them know about my problem. They e-mailed me back and said they would look into it. It's been almost over a month now and it's still the same....

My point is that I wouldn't worry too much about what the website says. Call CRO tomorrow just to make sure everything is good...

I could not get either one of my ressies to come up, yet I got the confirmations in the mail today.

Remember, the "my vacation" part of disneyworld.com is in the beta (trial) version and there will be errors from time to time.

That's true, I keep forgetting it's a beta site. Problem is, I don't have a written confirmation yet! I just booked on Monday (4 days ago) and when I asked about an e-mailed or faxed confirmation, CRO said they mail them. Well, I haven't gotten it yet! I do have the number, and it was showing on My Vacation until tonight, so... I'm hoping it's just a glitch, but you can bet I'll be on the phone first thing! Thanks.
 

My reservation shows up again on the web site; however, it still says "Ground Transportation -- Not Included" even though I have signed up for DME. Surprise surprise.
