HELP - Disney Expereince Linking etc

So I am trying to figure out the magic bands and the fast pass + and it looks like it all needs to be done online - correct? Well the reservation for the room and our tickets are in my mothers name as she is taking my daughter and I - and I have made the dining reservations for us under my log in - can I link the room reservation and the tickets to my log in - or do I need to make her a log in? I don't want to cancel our ressies at this point as I don't want to loose them! Also since she is attending a conference it will be my daughter and I in the parks most of the day without her until the conclusion of her conference. Can you all help me out! I am sure we are not the only ones traveling like this! I am hoping we can get it figured out and its easier then what I am thinking its going to be... Anyone have experience traveling with a conference goer when some items will be be paid for by different parties PLEASE let me know

Your mother has to have a MDE account. She then can add you to her "Family& Friends" and give you access to making FP+s and making changes.
