HELP! Disney Executive Name?

I need the name and address of the head honcho in charge of disneyshopping.com. Just experienced HORRIBLE customer service that will end in my daughter not having a special Christmas gift in time. Mind you, the order was placed more than a month and a half ago. Anyway, I need to complain to someone who may or may not do something about it. Everything I have read and have experienced with complaint letters tells you to write to the CEO or big executive person. Anyone know the names and work addresses for disneyshopping.com? PLEASE!

I'm sorry you are having such trouble w/ them. I've been there too. I swore never to spend a penny there again and then they sent me a 20$ gift card so I used it, but as soon as I get my pins, I'm taking my name off the email list. I ended up telling them today to have a great xmas then I hope they go out of business and have to find another job. ( I know not the most mature response, but I've NEVER had such bad service in my life.) Sorry I can't help w/ a name.

I just googled the parent company and found this address. The chairman of the board and CEO is Ezra Dabah.

Sorry! I thought that was why the service and quality had dropped so much. It's even worse somehow if Disney is letting it happen.
