Help! Disney can't find my reservation?

I live in the UK and Magical express just emailed me and said they couldn't find my booking with the confirmation number I gave them I booked through the Walt Disney Travel Company and have received an invoice showing I payed in full.

Looks like I will have to ring America to get this sorted out.

When I went in 06 we switched hotels midtrip, one week at the wilderness lodge and then moved to the grand floridian for the last 10 days. Well I was there in the lobby on the phone with Magical Express and they said they couldn't find my reservation lol the hotels dont deal with it you have to call DME directly. It was a hassle but we finally got it worked out! Hope yours get fixed too!

Not sure if the confirmation number is Alpha-Numeric...but if it is...common mis-types are.

5's and S's
1's and I's or l's
0's and O's
i's and j's
and rarely 2's and Z's.

Maybe you misread or mistyped something...seems there would be other ways to verify your trip. Name/Address/Phone#/method of payment.

I rang the walt disney travel company and they were able to make my reservations for ME without any trouble which is great. The nice lady called Mary also put in a request for a fridge in my room at pop for me as I need to store my insulin in. I just need to decide which building I wish to stay in and then I will ring them back and make my request. Looking good so far
