Help!! Disney Americana T-shirts

I am coming to you creative Disers for help!!

I purchased these shirts for our trip last summer and we are going back to the World in September with 3 newbies--My mom,my MIL and my FIL--None of them has ever been!!!

My mom was visiting the other night and was looking at our pictures and asked about getting a matching shirt---Well I'd been looking for awhile but have yet to find one in her size.

So I need help!! Is there anyone here who can do this design for me??

We have them in blue and white so I would like to get them in both colors for all the new people going----SO it would be 6 shirts total((bl+wh large,,bl+wh xlarge,,bl+wh 4xlarge))

I have seen the smaller sizes on Ebay but the bigger one is the one I'm ready to tear my hair out with----I was going to surprise them with them before my mom asked about it--that's why I was looking.


PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!

This may sound like a crazy idea, but here it goes....can you take a picture of the shirt itself not on someone and zoom in as much as possible on Mickey? If you do that, using photoshop I think we could select Mickey and paste him onto a transparent background and you could then iron him onto the shirts yourself using transfer paper. Hope this helps if you can't find them anywhere else (so far I haven't seen that design as clip art or on a shirt anywhere)!

If this is not big enough, let me know and I can email you the full version. Warning - it is huge! I resized it in photobucket for the boards. I can also change the background to white if you need it. Let me know!

I enjoy doing the designing part but only do the ironing when I have to. Ha, Ha. I am not sure if anyone else on the boards would be willing to help you actually make the shirts. Your best bet would be to post in a new thread to ask. But let me tell you, it is not hard at all. I could help you by talking you through it. If you have any questions or need help - feel free to pm me and I will help you through the process, but again, it is not difficult and I am sure you could do it!

If it were me, I would just order the new Mickey American flag shirts that are on Disneyshopping.com right now. I'd just order them for the entire group...they're not that expensive right now. Cute too!!

I have not done any shirts yet, so far I have just been collecting graphics. If I were to want to put this design on a red shirt, would it be best to have this with a white background? Will this black background show up when it is ironed on? If so, may I ask for it with a white background, please?

Yes, the dark (dark navy) background would show up. Because this image actually came from me scanning my own tshirt - it is not as easy to remove the background. Here is one with just the outside background removed.

And here is one with all the navy removed. You can see where the white shows through where it is supposed to look like a worn design.
