Long story short, I'm an event planner doing a site visit and staying at the Dolphin tonight. Perk of the job is that I can eat dinner wherever on property.

Where would you go if you had the opportunity? Cost isn't an issue (but I am not looking for the most expensive option either just because it's free). I like pretty much everything!

The only restaurant I've visited is Il Mulino at the Swan, but having tried samples from many of the Swan/Dolphin restaurants at the Food and Wine Classic, I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Just came back. Ate at Bluezoo. It was a chaotic dinner because we were a two top among many large parties because we didn’t know the baseball winter meetings were going on. The food was very good but I’ve had better meals at other Disney locations. The desserts however were off the chart amazing. Service was very good considering how busy they were. As an event planner I think I would check this one out

We've been to Shula's, Blue Zoo, Il Mulino, Fresh and the Dolphin Fountain. Our favorite restaurant at the Swolphin is Il Mulino. Best Italian food on property.

I personally prefer Il Mulino, but all of the restaurants are very good, you really can't go wrong.

Another vote for Il Mulino. Food + atmosphere was tops for me. I liked Bluezoo, but I was FREEZING at dinner and it didn't make for the best experience, though to be fair, the food was very good! I have a reservation for Shula's in two weeks and can't wait to try that too.

I hope you have a fabulous meal at Shula’s and post a review here. :)

I would go to Il mulino!!
Sorry. See you already went. Hope you had a great time!

I went with Bluezoo because the menu spoke to me. So far, the wine has been good and the bread just came out! Thanks for the recs!
Hope you'll come back to this thread and tell us how the rest of the meal went.

It was an amazing meal! The service was great as well. I had the blackened grouper and the lobster baked potato - WOW. The cherries jubilee dessert was great too. Warning: The allears.net menu has completely different desserts than they have now.
