Help Difference between HIFS & HI SunSpree Resort?

Help...Has anyone stayed at both of these...the price is about the same and they both include breakfast...

Location what is the difference

I was told that the SunSpree has more in its vicinity

But I have been reading great things about HIFS!!!

We stayed at the Sunspree in 2000 and were planning on a few days this year......

Differences I see are....

Room - Sunspree is one room with a "cubicle" built into with walls that do not go to the ceiling.
HIFS are 3 distinct rooms.

Sunspree is closer to DTD and Crossroads but you couldnt walk to them.

HIFS is right outside Disney Gates ..... nothing right around it in the way of shops.

Keep in mind that HIFS is like .... less than a mile from Sunspree....I'm remembering that it might be more like 1/4 of a mile.

I havent actually stayed at HIFS yet but I will say that I was not happy at the Sunspree....although we did go "off season" so maybe that explains alot.
