I'm at my wit's end trying to help my future son-in-law. I've waited and waited, but can't get thru to Cinderella's Royal Table "special events" division to book their "engagement package". I get a answering machine saying to leave a message. I even tried to book a table for two (on his behalf as he's accompagning our family on vacation) ANY evening from Sept 3-7th, but there's no availability whatsoever. My daughter's sweetheart was determined and excited about their exquisitely romantic arrangement for $250 . . where the ring is brought out in the glass slipper, engaved champagne flutes, professional photographer, etc. Can anyone advise? My daughter would have been enraptured by this elaborate proposal arrangement as she's unabashedly a princess at heart. Any advice would be MOST appreciated!!!

I'm sorry I can't help you specifically, but unfortunately CRT is such a difficult reservation to get hold of, you have to be first in line to make a reservation like that, so there will always be many people who miss out. CRT can be reserved at 180 days out so I'm not surprised that you can't get in. Unfortunately things like that need to be planned well in advance, sorry if I sound harsh:guilty:
I can however suggest that there are plenty other venues that while they are not CRT, they can be equally as romantic. You can have a chocolate slipper to hold the engagement ring set up in many of the signature restaurants. You can pretty much organise anything for a fee! Some of the restaurants I can think of include California Grill (proposal during Wishes:love: ) Victoria and Alberts (while harpist is playing their song:love: ), Jiko (heard it's beautiful)
If you really have your heart set on CRT, you will have to keep trying for a cancellation, there isn't much more you can do:sad1:
Sorry, I can't be of more help, but hopefully your future son-in-law can get something he is happy with.

Call and leave a message saying what you want to book (i.e. engagement package). I don't think they pick up the phone very often, but they will call you back. That's how DF proposed to me. When he talked to the manager she said that she would open up any night/time for him that he wanted. We had gotten reservations for later in the week, but he wanted something earlier.

Definitely keep trying and leave a message. Good Luck!!
