Help - defective merchandise replacement?

I purchased a photo album on our cruise and when I got home and opened it (it was sealed in plastic) 2 of the pages had small rips and the binding was not glued. Does anyone know how I can get it replaced? I've already told everyone I have to go on another cruise (before 8/05) so I can exchange it but no one's buying that excuse! Is there an email address or phone number for merchandise purchased on the ship? I would love to have it replaced if possible.

on disney cruise website there is a contact us tab at the bottom of the page..or just call the cruiseline directly to find out.
