HELP deciding btw AKL, BLT, WL

All resorts have pros and cons, but which would be your first, second and third picks, and why? I'm waitlisted for BLT, so what would you do in this situation?
I am traveling with my DH and 5 year old girl, requesting a one-bedroom.
AKL: I absolutely love, have stayed here a few times- I find the restaurants to be amazing as well as the pool. Additionally, the experience of staying there is full of Disney-esque love. CON: it's SO FAR from the other parks, and buses are our only option. With a 5 year old and staying out late, this scares me. Hour-long door to door traveling is a bummer. We don't rent a car.

BLT: We've been staying here for the past few years. I don't love the hotel, but it's cool to walk through the Contemporary to see the monorail- and the convenience of transportation is unsurpassable. CON: I'm dvc, and can't get the dates I want. So I'm waitlisted for 3 nights out of my 5 night stay. I need a backup. Drats.

WL: I've never stayed here, but eaten at the restaurants within, several times and we love it there. CON: I don't love the floorpan of the room (not the biggest deal) and hello...the construction! We are going late October 2016, so who knows by then what's going on.

Please help me decide. Any advice is welcome!!

How are you already waitlisted for BLT for September 2017? I'm confused.

I would go with BLT if available with AKL as back up. I would NOT go anywhere near WL with construction.

BTW, did you mean Oct 2016?

My first choice would be BLT- hands down my favorite place to stay. 2nd would be WL... Even with construction I'd pick it over AKL... AKL is just too far for me.

Love WL but I was there last fall when they were starting the refurbs and the noise on the Villa side was not enjoyable during the day but if you don't plan for R&R at the resort you won't hear it as much. AKL is great but it requires renting a car...so far from everything!
