HELP! DDP: 1 credit per day or per night?

Just recieved my confirmation receipt for our first trip. We are staying 8/16-8/23. Paid for 8 day MYW plus dining on a 7 night stay.
ON my reciept it lists our Snack, CS, and TS credits as one per night. That is a total of 7 each. I thought I was paying for 8 days. Shoudln't we get credits for 8 meals since I bought an 8 day plus dining ticket? I didn't see any option for an 8 day ticket and 7 night DDP package. WDW Travel is closed and I will call them in the AM. Just need some input from veteran DDPers.

Its important to get the 8 credits because we are doubling up on night for CA Grill.

Nope - the DP is always per person per NIGHT of stay.

Thanks for the quick reply. Not looking forward to rearranging Dining plans. Thought I was all done with that part my planning.

You could keep them all and just pay OOP for the least expensive. That way you don't have to do any rearranging! Good luck!

Correct, that is what I would suggest too. We pay OOP often when on the DDP.

The reason given for going by nights rather than days is that check-in is officially 3 p.m. and after, and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
