I think I need a ADR support group because I can't seem to ever be happy with what I book. So I would love feedback, ideas and what would you dos.

We are going with 2 adults and 3 kids (5, 3, and 8 months) for 5 full days (6 nights) on the dining plan. Originally I had planned this

Mon-Akershus Lunch
Tues-Tusker Lunch
Wed-CRT for a late dinner
Thurs-originally sci fi but switched to 50s prime time for dinner
Fri-Crystal Palace for a very early dinner

Now we aren't so sure we want all of those. We ate at all the same restaurants last year with the exception of the DHS restaurants, we just had QS there. We liked them all but are we missing out on something else fun? The only ones we are really absolutely set on is Akershus and CRT although we are flexible on the days times (but according to crowd estimates it seems we will be at those parks on the lowest crowd days).

Here's some of what we are playing around with. Rather than Tusker House trying Rainforest Cafe, we've never been and it might be something different. For dinner around 6 pm which is when the park closes. Is Rainforest something that would be fun for 5 and 3 year old girls?

Then instead of eating in the park at DHS (since from reviews it seems pretty much all the TS there is hit or miss) we were thinking of traveling to one of the resorts. Maybe Chef Mickey's? How would the commute be from DHS to Contemporary? Or any other suggestions? I would kind of like to do a character meal with mickey but it isn't absolutely necessary. Other places that seem to have reservations available the times we need are 1900 Park Fare (but we will already be doing 2 princess meals although those are the favorites for my girls) and Garden Grove, I don't know if we are really interested in the characters there though. My girls don't know any of the characters at Hollywood and Vine so that is kind of out.

We have kind of given up on doing any breakfast. My kids aren't big breakfast eaters and neither is my dh and we don't do so good with having to get up and rush out to breakfast in the mornings.

I haven't been to a Rainforest Cafe in years (and never been at AK), but I didn't care for the food. The atmosphere would be fun, yes, but only if you're not in Disney. Does that make sense? You've got much better atmosphere all over the parks, so you don't really need RC's theming to have fun.

I haven't done CM for dinner, only breakfast. I think more people pick on the food for dinner though. But you can't beat the characters! 1900 PF seems to get really rave reviews due to the Cinderella/Prince Charming interaction.

Your commute to the Contemporary would be fine. 15 mins on a bus maybe? And then, to get back to your resort, just walk over to MK and catch your resort bus from there. Or wait right at the Contemporary for your bus to any other park if you're not done for the day yet.

I had both CRT & Akershus booked and decided to cancel one since it would be big time princess overload. We did 1900 Park Fare for breakfast but I always wanted to do the dinner... the food for breakfast was amazing!!! We also did CM's for breakfast and loved it but decided against it on our next trip since the characters are easy enough to find in the parks. I would suggest Ohana's for dinner... even though we haven't had it, it looks like fun for the kids and something different atmosphere wise. Their breakfast is great (and with Lilo, Stitch, Mickey & Pluto) so maybe think about that... we're huge into breakfasts though :)
