Is a magistrate addressed as "Your Honor?" Need to know by 1:00. Thanks very much.

Call the clerk of court where you will be going and ask. It's always better to hear it from the horse's mouth.

Since the Magistrate is a judge, I think your honor is appropriate.
 
Yes, since a magistrate is a judge you should address them as "your honor" or "judge." (We even refer to city court judges the same way . . .)
 

Yes, a magistrate should be called "Your Honor". He/she is still a judge. (I work with them on the federal level on a daily basis.)
