Help...conflicting info on Typhoon Lagoon!

After looking at several different sources, I'm wondering when TL will come out of rehab? One place says 2/28, one says 3/17 and one shows 2/26. I have a son dying to go, but we leave late on the 26th. Can magic happen?

Official Disney website says Mar 17 is the last day it is closed.
