HELP code BBP & BBY

This morning i got a rate for 271.00 the contempory in the tower with a disney view bby code.

my sister got a rate of 255.00 contempory in the tower with disney view bbp code

I called disney back and they said there is no tower with the bbp code my sister used........then my sister called back and they said she does have tower.

so does anybody out there have a ressie for the tower and what is your rate and what code did you use.
