HELP! Chucky Cheese Secret Shop

I registered for this a while back and have been waiting to get the info pack in the mail. Well, I havent' gotten it and today I got an e-mail saying to complete it before March 13 and complete the online survey! I have no idea what they are talking about. Does anyone have a link or know what I need to do? I plan on going to CC on Saturday, so I'd like to know what I need to do to complete the secret shop and get it to them so I get the gift card. THANKS!!!

I had emailed them back in February that I hadn't gotten it yet. She told me if I didn't get it in a week to email back, but I got it. I would go to their website and email them the problem. It may be too late but try anyway. You can't do it without the paperwork.

I emailed them too. The same thing happened to me today. I emailed them and said I can help them out, but needed the link to the questionnaire. Hummmm.

Same thing happened to me as well. Then about two weeks after the email, I got the packet in the mail.

I got the e-mail too, but I was only put on the waiting list. Did they send out the e-mail to everyone to tried to register?

I got an email too, with a link to a coupon and a deadline of March 13th. I have a few other things to think about right now (like Mickey and Minnie ) so I *hope* I'll be able to get that done as well!

I have done 2 of these shops before and never had the problems I have had this time. I also got the email a few weeks ago about using the coupons, but I hadn't gotten my packet yet. I got it last week. Great except they want you to use it on a Fri, Sat, or Sun. We never go to CEC on these days, the kids always have other things booked in advance. Next problem is I only have until March 13 to do it. I figure I will take them at 9am on Saturday morning because thats the only time we can get there this weekend, and there is no time next weekend. I wish they would have told you upfront you had to do it on a Fri, Sat or Sun or we never would have signed up. This will be my last one. The first 2 were easy, you could go any day and we had several weeks to do it in.

Well, glad to know it's not just me. I guess they just sent an e-mail to everyone who had signed up, whether or not they'd received their packet. I hope I get it in the next few days, I plan on going Saturday. I did send them an e-mail. I'll let you know if I hear back from them and what they say.

LOL, well I came to the boards this morning, because I am having the exact same problem! No packet, no nothing, as far as I knew I was on the waiting list and then I get this last chance thing.

Sent the email saying I would love to do it, but need the materials. Sheesh, if people are getting the packet 1-2 weeks after this email, that leaves very little time!

And I hadn't heard before that you have to go on a Fri, Sat or Sun. Is that the deal for everyone?

I received my packet it the mail yesturday. I have to complete it by March 13, and it has to be Fri - Sun. I did not get an e-mail though. I have never done this before but hope to try it tomorrow.

I also got the email. I sent one back saying I didn't understand why I got the email. They replied "your kit has been shipped". I guess I'm a secret shopper also!!!

I thought I was on the wait list also--I got the email like you all did a couple of days ago and just now got my packet--one question--where do I go to fill out the survey when I am done this weekend? We were planning on going anyhow to book my DD first birthday party for the 14th of April.....
