Help choosing which parks to do when!

We will be in FL next Saturday!!! I'm using touringplans.com's crowd rating to choose which parks to go to. Good idea right? Or are they just crap estimates? Here's my biggest question...do we go to DHS on a day that has really low crowd estimates but only go from 12ish-7 pm (we have character breakfast reservations) OR do we go on a more crowded day and try to be there at rope drop? We aren't planning to stay for Fantasmic. But we have little kids and Toy Story is a high priority. If we don't go until noon, will we screw ourselves out of seeing it? They can't handle really long lines.

Sunday: Universal
Monday: Epcot (3.1 out of 10)
Tuesday: 10 am breakfast at Ohana, then off to MK (4.7 out of 10) OR to DHS (1.3 out of 10)
Wednesday: MK (2.8 out of 10)
Thursday: AK (5.3 out of 10), dinner at Garden Grove at 6:30
Friday: MK (3.5 out of 10) OR DHS (6 out of 10)

If you want to ride Toy Story Mania, and to a lesser degree Rock N Rollercoaster & Tower of Terror, I suggest getting there for Rope Drop.

Could you do DHS Wednesday, and Magic Kingdom on Friday, if DHS's crowd rating is less than a 6 for Wednesday?

oohhh that works!! I just checked and Weds has DHS at 0.9 whatever that means. =)

I liked the idea of ending at MK since the kids will want a big last hurrah.
Not quite sure how they get their numbers, but I can't imagine 2.8 and 3.5 would be that different at MK.
