Help, Chinese Food....

I keep hearing about a Chinese Restaurant that hands out flyers as you leave Disneyland and delivers to your roon. I have heard that the food is EXCELLENT.. BUT no one ever remembers the name of the place.

Does anyone know the name of this place?
