Help! Change of plans!

I made ressies in May 2005 for August 2006 for our land/sea package. My trip is paid for, my plane tickets bought, all ADRs made, Segway tour, and shore excursions. I just learned yesterday that my son's choir is going to have a choir camp the week that I had originally planned (8/18 - 27). They will be learning choreography, songs, etc. in camp. I want to change my plans to accommodate this schedule but I am not certain how it will effect me, my pocketbook, etc.

I have contacted my TA at Small World and am waiting for her response but thought I'd poll the "experts."

Any suggestions?

Good news! The choir camp is NOT mandatory and I spoke with the director and he said not to worry that there would be other students who would not be present. I am so glad because I didn't llook forward to rescheduling everything. I am happy with my schedule right now.
