We are getting close to our trip and I don't even know if we can change things at this point, but we have Cape May Cafe breakfast booked as we are staying at the Beach Club. My DD really wants us to switch this to 1900 PF. We have been to the dinner there, but not the breakfast. We are going to Chef Mickey's for dinner already so we will see the Fab Five there. In addition, we have booked the Princess Breakfast in Epcot.
Which would you choose between 190 PF and CMC and why? What characters have you seen at either location.

We love Cape May for breakfast. Goofy, Chip & dale with Minnie as the hostess is a great meal. Mellower than the others. We have always gotten great interaction with the Charaters. the food is good, lots of fresh fruit. And had the best service. I think its a keeper. And for you guys the location factor is a nice plus.

We have done both and prefer Cape May. The food is consistantly good and the characters are adorable. We did 1900 PF once and the food was awful and the place was crammed like sardines, and it was so loud in there I thought I would lose my mind

We did Cape May for the first time last Aug. and did the 1900 Park Fare for the 3rd time in Jan. The last two times at Park Fare.....we were not impressed by the service and the food on both occasions. HOWEVER WE LOVED CAPE MAY. We too are staying there in July and have breakfast scheduled at Cape May. If it were me....I would keep the Cape May. I love the atmosphere much better too. It is calmer and just not as congested and very pretty.

We LOVE Cape May....we do a breakfast there every year :thumbsup2. The food is awesome and the atmosphere is great.....and the characters are dressed in beach wear :cutie:. Cape May is one of our favorites that we never miss.....I say stick with Cape May :).

I'm doing both this year, it's sad to hear 1900 isn't that great though. :(

Wow, thanks for the responses. I must say I am surprised how overwhelming the response has been for Cape May. I guess I will keep that breakfast. DD will be disappointed she wanted to see Mary Poppins and I think she is at 1900 in the am. Can anyone tell me what characters they have seen 1900PF. thanks.

To answer you charter question it is -Alice-Mad Hatter-Mary Poppins-Pooh and either piglet or eeyore.
We have eaten at park faire and this time we are trying cape may for the more relaxed feel.

Have done both now. We do PF every trip and love it. My DD loves seeing Alice, the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins (plus Pooh and Tigger is all good). We enjoyed Cape May last trip too - Goofy and Chip were especially wonderful! I would try PF but that's because we're huge fans. We've only once had bad service there (which was bad all around and I made it known there). But every other time has been great - especially followed by a lovely trip around the Monorail loop in the front. That's just us.

Both places are very good. I guess that it depends on which characters you want to see. My wife and I are a bit partial to Cape May; with Minnie, Goofy and a great bread pudding. :)

I've tried both fro breakfast and definitely prefer Cape May Cafe. :goodvibes
I feel like it's a little less hectic and the food and service was a little better in my opinion.

Had Breakfast there in April. Loved it!

Have been to Cape May twice and ate at 1900 for the first time this past June. I would pick Cape May in a New York Minute. They have great food and awesome fresh fruit and the characters are great as well. Its neat seeing them in their beach attire. 1900 was good, but we prefer Cape May a little more laid back. Both are good.
