Today is my 180-day mark for ADRs. When I log into the WDW website, it retrieves my resort reservation with the confirmation number I have, no problem. I checked all info on the reservation and it is correct...last name, arrival date, confirmation number matches what I have. I booked through the DVC website, don't know if this makes a difference. However, I cannot make any ADRs past my check-in date...once I go onto the dining reservations page and try to make any ADRs later than arrival date, it asks for resort confirmation info. So I put in the reservation number, the last name, the arrival date...still can't make ADRs past the 180 days. I am supposed to be able to make them for check-in date plus 10 days, since today is the 180-day mark. I was only able to make ADRs for our arrival day. A glitch with the website?? Am I doing something wrong? Anyone else having problems this morning? Help!

I'm not doing mine today but my 180 +10 opened on January 5th and I had the same problem, was only able to make ADR for first day. Call and do your bookings. They weren't able to resolve my problem but we called and got everything we wanted. I even tried the next day just to see if it was a 24 hour thing and we could only get the check in day plus 1 day even though all my ADRs for my whole trip were showing.

:sad2: Today is my 180 day mark, too. Did you try calling? 407-939-3463. I had another issue, so I'm going to give them a call and try to figure this thing out. Hopefully everything will be fine for both of us.....happy thoughts! Shannon

when Disney wanted to be a player on the web with go.com. There systems are still troublesome.

I had the same issue last time on my ADRs. I just called and had almost no wait time. And I got everything I wanted at pretty much the times I wanted. A couple of weeks later when we decided to do the Fantasmic package, I had no problems booking online.

It looks like you are DVC. Apparently, the dining system does not recognize DVC reservation numbers. I guess the systems don't talk to one another. It has been an ongoing problem.

When you call make sure you say something about it. It will only getting fixed if enough people complain about it. Maybe even follow-up with an email to DVC Member Satisfaction.

After trying everything from closing and re-opening the browser window, to restarting my computer and everything in between...I just called Disney Dining at 7am. It took an hour on the phone (19 ADRs total!), but everything was done and we got everything except the tea at the GF for 10 people (but this has been showing up as not available even this morning online for our first day). The CM offered to split us up to 2 tables, as 2 parties of 5, but there was no guarantee we would be next to each other. So, I used our backup plan that my sister and I had discussed (Garden Grill at Epcot...figured might as well do another Mickey meal if we couldn't get the tea). Otherwise, got everything we wanted, including Chef Mickey's breakfast for 10 people, Ohana dinner for 4 people, among others. The CM took my son's shellfish allergy info also and put it on all the ADRs, just as I would have done myself online.

I wonder why there is a glitch in the system with DVC resort reservations and dining. In 2010 we also made the reservation through DVC member services, and there was no problem with the online ADR system. And the CM on the phone this morning was able to pull up our resort reservation right away with the same confirmation number I tried to enter online. Oh well, at least our ADRs are done!

Yikes! They better fix this by May 29th...that's when my 180 day window opens...omg I'm such a nerd for know that date off the top of my head. :lmao:
I had a DVC resort reservation last year and didn't have any trouble at all...I wonder what's going on.
Glad to hear you got what you wanted!

I had the exact same problem this morning as well. The dining reservation system would not recognize my DVC reservation number so I had to call to reserve my ADR's. As others have posted I believe that it's an ongoing glitch in the system between DVC and the reservation system. The CM had no problems pulling up my reservation and I was able to get all of the dining reservations at the times I wanted.

I didn't have problems in the past with scheduling ADR's online with a DVC reservation number so I don't know if this problem is relatively recent.

Enjoy your upcoming trip!

I had the same exact problem as the OP but for a different reason. (Not a DVC reservation.)

I was making ADR's for my May trip, but also had a December trip in the system. The CM after checking with a supervisor said that the system saw my more recent reservation first and couldn't recognize the one for May. So if you have more than one trip planned, this might happen to you too.

:sad2:

OK, the EXACT same thing happened to me last Sat. morning (my 180th day).

I, too, am a DVC member who booked my trip thru MS.

I could not get any ADRs book except the one on my check-in date, so I booked that. Then, I called MS & booked the rest of my ADRs thru them. I told the CM that the online system would not let me book 180+10.

When I checked online yesterday, I noticed that none of my ADRs I made thru MS were showing up...only the 1st night that I'd originally booked.

I called the regular Disney Dining reservation # (I was worried that the CM I'd spoken with at MS hadn't booked my ADRs correctly) today, and sure enough, she could see all my ADRs, even though they aren't showing up for me online. What a relief that was!

Samething happened to me this morning. I just have a room only reservation. I finally gave up and called at 7am, very frustrated. I called tech support after I made my ADRs, they said they know it happens and sorry. Like seriously? I just tried a few minutes ago and it is still not working.:confused3
