Help- Can you identify where this was taken?

I dug up an old picture of my husband in Disney World, around 1983. At the time, he was staying at the Polynesian Hotel. We think the picture was taken under the train station in the Magic Kingdom, but we really aren't sure! Does anyone have any idea?
PS- notice my husband's wallet tucked in his sock

Yes, the socks are classic! We were married young, but not quite that young, lol. We did spend our senior class trip to Wdw together though...
