Hi Everyone! I am hoping someone can help me. I am the main planner for my group of 13 people. We rented DVC points so I don't have a travel agent to rely on. Our 60 booking window for dining is this saturday! so I am trying to get all my ducks in a row on the my disney experience app. last fall i spent several hours on hold with Disney getting all our tickets updated (we originally were supposed to take this trip in May of 2020) and getting us all linked.
here is my issue: I cannot make park pass reservations for two people in my party. They show as family and friends. Anyone know why this could be? What can i check to get it fixed. I can always teach them how to log in and reserve their park, but i am worried about this happening later with things like Genie plus or ILL reservations.
I also discovered the dates are wrong on my husband's ticket. I tricked selecting change yesterday and today and i keep getting the error "we're having trouble processing your request". Does this mean I am out of luck and will have to call and be on hold forever?
