We did BOMA and liked it a lot. We did Wolfgang Puck Express (counter service), and LOVED it.
The CS menu at WPE is pretty substantial, and it's almost like table service (you order your food at a counter, but someone brings it out to you). Is there any chance you could do both? Eat TS at BOMA, and CS at WPE?
