Help Best Wester PPI and annaheim inn

Are these the same hotel or separate? Details appear as though they are in the same location is that right?

They are separate.

The Park Place Inn is right at the pedestrian crosswalk on Harbor (1544 Harbor). The Anaheim is further down, at 1630 Harbor.

I believe the Anaheim Inn only has full/double beds or kings, while the Park Place Inn has queens.

The two motels are about half a block apart from each other.

There is the del Sol, Desert Inn, and Park Vue Inn between the two of them. I looked into the Anaheim Inn once (when the BWPPI was full), but they only had doubles or kings and the general feedback I got was they it's an older-looking motel and on the smaller side.

As PPs stated they are separate. I've stayed in both and like both. Great close distance to the parks and easy access to Denny's and IHOP. Anaheim Inn has been updated recently and is quite nice. They both used to be my go to motels but their prices have gone up quite a bit recently and I find them getting "too big for their britches." I was fine paying between $89 - $119 a night but recently was quoted $159 for a Wednesday during "off season." I'll be staying at the Tropicana this trip.
