My boyfriend, my sister, and I have all gone and we are vegetarians. I will share some of our favorites with you!
Magic Kingdom:
Columbia Harbor House: hummus and coleslaw on rye bread was sooo good! The bread was really good, I was quite surprised considering we just stopped in to see what they had!
Breakfast Buffet @ Crystal Palace: They have pleanty of good stuff to eat, they will make you any kind of eggs you want (if you eat eggs), they have good waffles and decent fruit.
MGM Studios:
Prime Time Cafe: They have a vegetarian stuffed pepper which was SO good that I tried to recreate it at home. It came out well, but it's just always better at disney world!
Hollywood and vine: They had surprisingly a decent amount of vegetarian stuff, veggie lo-mein and a really good buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad, plus regular salad and the normal kid-stuff like macaroni and cheese.
Epcot:
There are pleanty of good veggie meals in that food court at the land. My favorite is the vegetable lasagna.
Animal Kingdom:
tusker house: they have a decent veggie sandwich, though I've heard some people on here call it bland. Maybe I just got a good cook that day? My sister and I both thought it was good.
rainforest cafe: They have the usual veggie burger, and a good 'plant sandwich'.
DTD:
Planet hollywood: They have the usual veggie burger also, and some pasta dish and a few other vegetarian options that I can't remember now. Not the BEST food but not terrible either.
Rainforest Cafe: see above.
Boardwalk:
Spoodles: they had a really good veggie stuffed pepper also (though much different from 50's), but I think they might have taken that off the menu, which would make me really sad, it was so good!
I hope to try out boma this year because I hear it's really good and have seen some delicious sounding vegetarian options on the menu!
I hope this helps a bit.
tricia.
