Help Barry. Where is Universal Discussion Board?

I came home yesterday ready to report my adventures at Sea World and Universal and IOA and cannot find the familar board. When I got to one of them, it said the board has been suspended. This looks like the area that the board should be in, but there is no cue for the parks? Help!

I just tried again today 8/8 after 5:30 and it is back working but I have to get to a different link than I was able to use before. I don't know what they did.
