Help! Banking and Transferring Question

Hi all!

Tried to call MS, but they are closed for the evening and I would like to wrap up a transaction tonight. Here's my (hopefully) easy question.

We are wanting to have 100 points transferred into our account. Can we bank points that have been transferred in?

The points are April, 2009 points and we'd use most by March 31, 2010. We just need to bank a few to use on April 1, 2010..

Yes, the transferred points can be banked and are within banking window guidelines.
P.S. Some CMs at MS are not too educated on this subject. If you get one who seems to be unfamiliar, call back.
