HELP:) Banked points versus use year on line

I was making reservation online and have 281 points to use. @00 SSR February 2015 and 81 banked from last year. I want to use banked points first. When I went make reservation it took points from user year 2015. Is this a mistake or something member services can fix?

It should use the banked points first, providing you have indeed banked them.

If not, it will pull from the current UY.

If you did indeed bank them, then the system did not work the way it should and you can give MS a call and they will adjust it for you.
