help..bad hair job

i just got back from one of my really good friends. She is going to hair school and wanted to color my hair. I have a brownish blonde color and wanted some more blonde highlights! Well, i now have a strawberry blonde color all over my hair exept if i pull my hair up in a ponytail it is very blonde underneath! I told her that we might have to fix it and now we are going to get some more color tom. but i have to go through the whole day for my ds b-day party and soccer games with my hair--and i am very anal when it comes to my hair i guess that will teach me to go to someone who is still going to school!!

has this every happened to anyone else??

So sorry this happened. I color my own hair. It is usually dark blonde but I use L'Oreal Les Blondismess in extra light ash blonde. The color comes out perfect everytime!

Well, let's see..... I've had waist length hair break off up to my ear lobes while still under the dryer at the salon, had dark brown color turn out to be soooo black it looked blue, got frosting so heavy hair looked to be completely dyed white, had frosting another time sooo white it looked bluish. Had a stylist confuse me with another client and and cut when she wasn't supposed to. Had hair so short once that highlights were only polk-a-dots. The hair was too short in back to be pulled all the way through the cap....thus the dots. Have had many, many horror perms through the years.....usually lost hair each time. Believe it or not, I don't have much hair left and usually resort to wearing wigs now. Imagine that!

thanks....thought i would wake up this morning and it would not be so bad....but I am on my way to my salon to get my hair fixed... all i want is my browninsh blonde with blonde highlights in it back Thanks for listening!!!
