Help! Aulani Resale

Are their any banked points coming (aka loaded contract) or is is stripped (no points TY or Next)? That would probably sway me. Aulani closing costs are higher (almost double in my experience) so ... if this is your last AUL contract prob not too bad considering the expiry year. But if you think in next few years you may add no, go a little higher. We snagged a 100 point loaded contract (200 points coming April 2021) for 95 pp just two months ago.

No there is no banked points and 2021 points coming October. That’s what I see, just a few months ago it was at that range 🥺

What may help is a small overall calculation - Aulani has 41 years left right...so 7560 + 900 closing lets say is about 3.43 per point initial buy in. Aulani has some good availability at 7 months window so having outside resort may not be terrible if flexible and willing to wait. I think anything in the 3 dollars a point buy in is good. Aulani direct at 201 is 4.02pp so you are not really that far off and often with direct you get current year points with no dues. I think you could probably do better, something sub 3 but small contracts for AUL are hard to come buy (I know since we have AUL and look constantly...also April UY which is one of the least common UY.). If you could get it for 114-115 pp you'd be about 2.8 per point and I think are leveraging the small restricted contract you are buying (aka no riviera or beyond bookings).......but if you are adding to match UY this small contract may not come up again .....Lots to think about and good luck.

Thank you! I am now considering a 125 contract.
