HELP! Attire for restaurants in the evening

Hi! We have our days scheduled around our dinner reservations as we are foodies! However , unsure of how to prepare appropriately if we cannot get back to our hotel in time to change. Are there lockers to store and extra bag of things, changing rooms at the parks? and would we be out of place if we had shorts and t-shirts on walking in to a place like Le Cellier for example?
