Think I need some help and advice if I can.
Sorry for the long thread but want explain my situation.
My niece who holds a fantasy pass and my daughter who was going to buy one will be arriving on the morning of the 14th. The plan was for my daughter to purchase her fantasy pass using my nieces for discount. They are staying off site at the kyriad that night then joining my and other family members the next day to stay in the Disneyland Hotel.
Well I've just realised that 14th is a blackout day for fantasy pass holders so I wonder if.
1 you can still buy one and enter the park on that day
2 can you still get discount from someone holding one on that day
3 cheapest way to get one day park ticket so they can still get in has planned if above is ok.
Ive looked on the website and it seems I can purchase a one day ticket for £57If I purchased one of these would it be an e ticket has don't think we have time for it to arrive in post.
Hope you lovely people can help as I am feeling stressed.

The good news is that your daughter can purchase her fantasy pass on 14th, have it made permanent at the AP office in the park, and use it that day for park entry (its the only time you can do this on a blockout day if you're staying offsite).

The bad news is that your niece can't use her existing AP for park entry on 14th. If you can't find a cheaper day ticket than £57 for her for Sunday, she'd be as well upgrading her existing Fantasy AP to a Dream when she arrives (she pays the difference in what she paid for her Fantasy, and what a Dream costs now). This is then effective immediately for her, and will expire on the date her current fantasy pass expires.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. It seems that it would probably be cheaper to upgrade the pass to a dream on the day. How would you go about that, Im assuming just ask at the ticket office. Would my daughter still get discount on her AP too. I never even thought about blackout days. When we booked I had a seven seater car so we where all traveling together but I had to change my car and now we cant all fit lol. This time next week we will be in the magic and the stress of today will all be in the past :)

yes, at the ticket office or better still, guest services at the entrance to the main park (to the right of turnstiles). Your niece should be able to pay the difference to upgrade her fantasy AP there, your daughter should be able to pay for her new fantasy AP with your niece as sponsor there, then they can both go to the AP office in the park to get their permanent valid APs sorted out (remind them both to take their passports with them for photo ID purposes).
