I don't know what to do and I want to make a decision b/f the prices go up. I am not sure if we should purchase AP's or 10 Day MYW No Exp. We usually purchase the MYW tickets. They have lasted us approx 2 years but we don't go into the parks as often as we would if we had APs. We make sure that we are going to stay all day if we use a ticket to get in. I think if we had APs we would go in daily, even if we were just going to do a few rides or watch fireworks, have dinner etc. We usually visit WDW 3 x a year and stay 5 nights. What would you do?

Well, we have done APs for 11 years now, and I wouldn't know how to vacation without them. I like that we can hop into a park just to go to a restaurant, if that's all we want to do on a given day. I would never do that if I had MYW tickets. With the big DVC discount, I can't see doing anything other than APs.

I'd get the AP. We did 3 trips so far this year with the passes and we've got one more trip coming up in 2 weeks. We've definitely gotten our use out of them. I think I counted 25 days in the parks with the passes for all the trips combined.

The least expensive 10 day basic pass, with no expiration, I saw was $394 adult and $357 chilcren at Orlando Attractions (that was in June).

Regular AP Adult-$348 (renewal $315); Child-$307 (renewal $278)
Premium AP Adult $454 (renewal $414); Child-$400 (renewal $365)

If you are going to visit three times within the next 12 months, you may get your money's worth out of an annual pass. The one down side I can see is that if you enter a park, you are bound to spend money there whether it be on food or stuff for the kids (if you have any).
